Why isn’t my phone charging properly?
Make sure your phone supports wireless charging and is within the compatibility range. Remove cases/metal objects. Samsung charging may take 1 min; Google may charge at 5W. Use the included cable with a 50W+ PD adapter (15V/2A+); 30W+ is temporary.
Why is my wireless charger making excessive noise?
1. Place the charger flat. The fan runs at a lower speed when the charger is placed flat, which can reduce noise.
2. Check for foreign objects. Make sure there are no foreign objects around the charger or fan.
Why does my device get warm while using the wireless charger?
Check the following:
1. Check the fan. Make sure the charger’s fan is rotating properly.
2. Check device compatibility.
3. Make sure the case is no thicker than 2 mm. A thicker case may slow down charging and cause the device to become warm.
Why is the wireless charger’s magnetic strength weak?
1. Check device compatibility.
2. Phone case: use an ESR or phone manufacturer's official case under 2 mm thick; other cases may lack sufficient magnetic strength.
