About this item
- 【Dual-Sided Pillow Cover Design】 This pillow features a reversible pillow cover with two distinct textures for year-round comfort. One side features cooling fabric for exceptional cooling and refreshing touch. The other side is skin-friendly polyester for soft comfort. Both sides are breathable and moisture-wicking, keeping you cool during hot nights while providing cozy sleep in other seasons.
- 【All-Night Cooling & Dry Comfort】 Constructed with ultra-cooling PE fabric with a Q-max value above 0.4, the bed pillows deliver instant cooling and efficient heat dissipation to help regulate your body temperature throughout the night. It is an ideal choice for hot sleepers, or those living in warm climates, providing consistent coolness and dryness for uninterrupted rest.
- 【Soft Yet Supportive】 Filled with high-quality shredded memory foam, the pillow delivers firm, responsive support that perfectly conforms to the curves of your head, neck, and shoulders. Blended with premium 3D polyester fiber, it enhances softness and plush comfort while maintaining excellent resilience. The cooling pillow stays full, fluffy, and supportive over time without flattening or collapsing.
- 【Adjustable Height & Firmness】 Designed with customizable comfort in mind, this shredded memory foam pillow allows you to adjust the fill amount to your preference. Simply unzip the outer and inner layers to add or remove foam fill, customizing the height and firmness to suit your sleeping style. Whether you sleep on your stomach, back, or side, you can easily achieve your ideal level of support.
- 【Easy Care & Usage Tips】 The pillow cover is equipped with a side zipper for easy removal and machine washing. To preserve the quality and extend the lifespan of the memory foam core, please do not wash the pillow core directly. This pillow set comes vacuum-compressed. Before use, gently pat the pillows to fluff up and allow several hours for full expansion to regain their original fluffy shape.
Description
Why isn’t the pillow fluffy enough?
This pillow set arrives vacuum compressed. Before use, gently pat the pillows to fluff up and allow 24 hours for full expansion to restore its original fluffy shape.
Why does the pillow have a slight odor?
The pillow is filled with a blend of memory foam and soft polyester fiber. A slight odor is normal and temporary due to vacuum compression and foam properties. Air it out for 24–48 hours before use, and the smell will fade gradually.
Why doesn’t the pillow stay cool？
The pillow provides cool-to-touch feeling, not active cooling. Temperature, body heat, extra pillowcases may reduce the cooling effect. We recommend NOT adding an extra pillowcase. Choose cooling pillow helps reduce overheating for refreshing sleep.
Why does the pillow feel too high, too low, too soft or too firm?
Comfort varies based on body type, sleeping position and personal preference. We designed a side zipper opening so you can remove filling to adjust the pillow to your ideal height and firmness.
